Esto nos permite garantizar que el entorno no representa un riesgo y aumentar nuestro nivel de rendimiento para responder a las demandas de la situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, cuando este estado de alerta elevado se vuelve r\u00edgido y persistente, impidi\u00e9ndonos alcanzar el estado f\u00edsico, mental y emocional necesario para percibir la situaci\u00f3n como segura, comenzamos a experimentar ansiedad y estr\u00e9s desde una perspectiva patol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column fondo-columna-patologias is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\">\n<p>El trabajo terap\u00e9utico para este tipo de sufrimiento se centra en ayudar a las personas a recuperar la flexibilidad y la curiosidad, reconstruyendo la capacidad de percibir situaciones nuevas o impredecibles como oportunidades de inter\u00e9s y crecimiento. Esto permite respuestas m\u00e1s adaptativas a los desaf\u00edos, al tiempo que se restaura el nivel de rendimiento y se reduce el impacto del estr\u00e9s prolongado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dada la amplia variedad de formas en las que se puede manifestar la ansiedad (por ejemplo, ansiedad generalizada, fobia social, ansiedad por separaci\u00f3n, ansiedad por la salud), la flexibilidad en los enfoques terap\u00e9uticos es esencial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bas\u00e1ndome en el trabajo de la Dra.
