At some point in our lives, we may face situations, emotions, or conflicts that cause discomfort and leave us unsure of how to handle them. These experiences, like those mentioned in the previous section (“Here-and-now“), can become opportunities to grow as individuals, learning from them and discovering our personal strengths.

The goal of our work will be to restore your emotional and relational balance, creating the necessary conditions for you to build a fuller and more satisfying life.

In the context of individual therapy, I offer you a safe relational space where we can address the difficulties you are experiencing, exploring your internal resources with curiosity to move forward in your process. This process is not only focused on relieving suffering but also on helping you find new ways of relating to yourself and your environment.

The sessions follow a hybrid format, meaning they can be conducted either online or in person. Additionally, their duration and frequency are adjusted to meet the needs of each moment, ensuring the process remains flexible and respectful of your personal situation. It is also common, within couples therapy processes, to combine individual sessions to work on specific aspects of each person within the relationship.

Finally, when sessions are conducted in person, there is the option to include animal-assisted interventions with Hugo, my therapy dog in training. His participation will always depend on your interest and our joint assessment of how he might appropriately contribute to your therapeutic process.
