Individual therapy

Transform pain into an opportunity for personal growth,

learning from the situations, feelings and conflicts that cause us suffering.

In individual therapy our work will focus on restoring your emotional and relational balance, so that you can achieve a fuller life.

At some point in our lives, we may encounter situations, feelings and conflicts that cause us discomfort or pain and that we do not know how to handle. The human experiences included in the previous section (Here-and-Now) are some of the reasons to initiate a therapeutic process, turning suffering into an opportunity for personal growth by learning from those reasons and our personal skills to face them.

Professional support in an individual therapy context offers you a safe (relational) space in which to address the situation you are going through and receive support to find your own resources to move forward.

This type of therapy, when carried out in person, can include the possibility of including animal-assisted interventions and more specifically with the collaboration of Hugo, as a therapy dog in training. This only happens in case you are interested in his participation and we see that he can accompany your therapeutic process adequately.
